Taking Money Out Of 401k?

I have been putting 10% into my 401k from my full time job.

Being only 22 years old, I am still learning how to invest my money. I started to flip houses with my father this year and we just finished our first house!

One of my big goals is to invest and work in RE full time in a couple years without a secondary job.

Investors.. Do you still have a 401k? Is RE your retirement plan? Or both?

Should I take the money out to invest it? Or Keep the money in there and transfer it to a personal retirement account when I work fulltime for myself?

Thank you!!
