selling and buying , looking for right people

Hello everybody,

I just signed up and I am enjoying reading all articles and posts.

I was wondering if anyone can help me advising on selling and buying.  I want to sell my town home in LA to buy a duplex in CA  but I am open to other locations as well(  maybe Florida?)    

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
