Does this kitchen need redone?
Does this kitchen need redone? Look beyond the clutter.
This is a rental I have owner for a number of years that I am getting ready to sell. Bought this back before I was replacing kitchens so this was the old paint cabinets/refinish counter-top/ back splash phase. Keep in mind we have to repaint it, update the hardware and clean everything so this picture is worse then it will look. But is it so bad I should redo it?
I have a lot of equity in this house which is why I am selling
. It is in a B neighborhood and should be fairly desirable. I just dont know if the time and money spent on a new kitchen ($8000) would be worth it or if I should make do with this one.
Thoughts appreciated....
