Are you using your Board of Realtors’ website?

I know everyone uses Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, etc. My question is: How many of you use your Board of Realtors’ website?

For those of you who don't, there is a great chance your Board of Realtors has a website where they post all of their listings from the MLS. You can find multifamilies, commercial properties, foreclosed houses, and more.

Aside from finding properties, its a good source to find an investment agent too.

Just thought I’d share this bit of knowledge because of how inaccurate 3rd party websites can be.

Happy Hunting!

Redfin is the worst, Trulia and Zillow are the same company. The Board of Realtors does have the most accurate information.
