Partnership Structure Question

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to buy a small multi family rental property with a partner who will be providing the capital while I do the leg work (finding/putting together the deal, managing the property, etc.). What is a common way to structure a partnership like this when it comes to equity splits, management fees and acquisition fees?
