Hi All, I am from san bernardino california ( southern california)

Ive been sending out mailers about 200-300 mostly handwritten by myself not as constantly as i should be due to financial issues.

I haven't got anything yet. Im debating whether to buy a high equity absentee owner list from list source,

or a tax delinquent list from Rebo gateway. However the tax delinquent list does not show me how many years they are backed up. I looked at my county list and scrubbed it but its only about 50 properties if that.

If anyone can please point me in the right direction and maybe advise on a better list or where to get better data i would greatly appreciate it.

Im looking to mail 1,000 this month and hopefully land that first deal.

Thank You in advance for anyone who can give any tips or advice.
