Comps - Comparable Listings - apps / sites to generate them?

Is anyone familiar with apps or websites that automatically generate comps (comparable listings) for houses? My problem is time. It can take an agent a few days to come up with comps and the "report" is not the most user friendly (old school PDF that is clunky and not built for easy, fast analysis. I need a quick read so that I can make a fast, informed decision.

With all the MLS (and other) data on home sales, it should be pretty straight-forward to make an app or website that allows you to input a few data points about your target house and get comps instantly.

Any recommendations or ideas are greatly appreciated.

PS - I am a buy and hold investor in the Syracuse, NY area. Happy to connect with others.

Thanks!

Patrick

A great computer generated one is Home Snap - they do it within the metrics of what an agent would use and gives it to you in PDF form in a few minutes. This has helped me out in several occasions when I am in a pinch.

Realtors.com also has Just Solds option also so you know what market can bear for that.
