Planning to buy a house, only if I can house hack it. Looking for residential property manager in Issaquah, Washington state to help know if it's a good rental and in future help with brining roommates.

Hi @Roop Shinde
If you are buying a duplex to house hack you may not need a property manager for this. Just use Rentometer, Craigslist, and zillow to find out what rents are in your area. If you are going to house hack you will be right next door so you should be able to manage this all yourself with giving up your income to a manger. Zillow makes it really easy to find renters these days and it’s free to you. Definitely won’t hurt to talk to a property manager but don’t waste your funds on it for one home. Do some research and compare what local rents are to what you are looking to get out of your househack.
