mls listings shows sqft for 1 building, 2 on lot same address

Hi all, I'm looking at purchasing a property, but the MLS listing is strange. There are 2 duplexes with the same addresss, but the listing shows only the sq footage for 1 building. Sellers agent says both buildings are included in sale price.

The property was originally built in the 1950s.

Is there anything I should be looking out for?
