Hey guys, I have a small team (including myself) of investors looking to get started. I’m a real estate agent currently located in New York and my team and I would love to meet with any seasoned vets or other real estate professionals to get some tips and tricks on investing (out of state obviously). We’re leaning towards building up a rental portfolio but we have considered flipping to get started as well.

Anyone with experience located in New York that’s willing to educate young and hungry go-getters feel free to respond!
