Input on areas to invest in GA or FL?

Hi everyone,

I've been a member here for a few months but haven't posted before.

I'm getting ramped up to start investing in my state (GA) and could use input on where the best places to invest are. I know my way around most of the state but I'm not sure where or how to find up-to-date information on what's happening that will effect the market.

Any advice/thoughts/tips are welcome. Thanks!
