Wholesaling while working full time/need your opinion

Wholesaling and I work full time 10 hours a day 4 days a week my concern is missing deals because I may be still at work when a buyer or seller reaches out to me. I trying to figure out a solution for this situation so I need ideas from bigger pocket pro's that may have been in my shoes
