HI, MY NAME IS JOEY. IM CURRENTLY WORKING A FULL TIME JOB, BUT LOOKING TO DIVE INTO REAL ESTATE FULL TIME. I HAVE BEEN READING AS MANY BOOKS AS I CAN ON THE SUBJECT AND CONCLUDED THAT A BRRRR WOULD BE THE BEST FOR ME. NOT SURE IF I SHOULD JUMP RIGHT INTO TO MULTIFAMILY OR START WITH A COUPLE SF. ANY GENERAL ADVICE IN THIS AREA WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. ANYTHING AT ALL. FROM SEARCHING TO FIND A GOOD DEAL TO HOW YOU KNOW ITS A GOOD DEAL TO FIRST STEPS AND ANYTHING IN BETWEEN.
