Hello

I've been selling RE (basic buy/sell/rentals) the past two years. I have new clients looking to buy off market properties they can rent out now. I'm looking to get an understanding of how tax liens work in FL and how/when to make offers on these properties. Would be great to have a conversation with someone who can advise.
