Seller pulled out of deal after appraisal

Have you ever had a seller pull out of a deal after the appraisal during closing?! The buy was at $109,000 and the property was appraised at $100,000 but the seller was paying 5k for closing. She said that she wasn't getting enough and would rather keep it then sell it.

Just curious if this is something that has happened to anybody?

Time to look for the next deal 😉
