Hello Everyone!

My name is Mike and I am just getting started into real estate arena. I’m interested in rentals in the $40k-$50k range. I’m looking for suggestions for a new opportunity. If anyone has any recommendations or suggestions on how I can get started I would appreciate it. I’m thinking I would like to get started with single family homes
