Shops and businesses behind home

Hello BP Community! I am looking at a home which has a view of shops and businesses from the backyard about maybe 300-400 feet away. They are car shops, a martial arts school, donut shop, etc. I guess my concern is what if they put a club/bar, spa, etc. This would probably make the home less desirable and harder to rent out or sell?

I am in Houston, Texas.
