non performing contract for deed
As seller, I have several real estate contracts for deed in progress. I have one which is non performing, I know the folks well and have let them get too far behind, but i don't have the heart to default / repossess / evict which is in standard paperwork that we did 4 years ago. I was wondering if I sell, how much of the face value should I expect to receive? The payments are handled by an escrow company and the buyer pays 8 percent interest plus late fee of $50. The late fees have been accruing for several years. Thanks!!!
