Just need out of a mortgage.
I’m interested in finding someone who just simply cant afford their mortgage payments anymore and they want out. They want to sell the place for what they owe or their is too much repair for them to want to fix and they want to sell for cheaper. Is there a faster way out there, that Im not aware of, then just sending a letter out to each house that looks run down from the outside and crossing my fingers??
