OFFER FROM USDA AND VA BUYER
Hi I have a offer on the first flip property, I put for sale. I have had a lot of interest, and currently just 2 weeks since listed I have had 4 offers. Currently I have a USDA loan buyer and VA loan buyer both offering more than asking price to cover closing cost. Which one in would be a less pain free way, May I request all to please share your experience, with inspection, roof expectation of the lender and over all in general, I have already delayed to reply and will need to pick on one of them today, so I would appreciate any input from you valuable experience.
