Why I invest where I do - The answer may warm up your day - It occurred to me that sometimes it gets cold with ice, snow, cold, wind, slippery streets, broken water pipes, broken heaters, power outages (brrrr), and cranky tenants in most parts of the country.

I get around that. Y'all are welcome to come join us in the "Valley of the sun" with more resorts per square mile than anywhere else on earth.
