Convert baseboard heat to Forced air?
Hey all,
I am looking into doing a fix and flip in an area that has recently been getting a facelift with higher end rehabs. The house I am looking at flipping has electric baseboards for heating. Personally, I believe forced heat is much more aesthetically pleasing, however, this comes with a huge price.
Let me know your thoughts!? Will converting to forced heat appreciate the home? Will baseboards turn away potential offers?
