Help!!! What do I or should I do?
Wow! Where do I start? My minor kids live in a rented home in FL with their mother, and my ex. The landlord suffered two heart attacks, and hasn't been able to work himself. The home just went into foreclosure. My ex has since been disabled, and not able to work either. I'm a newbie just getting started (currently working on my first deal here in GA). What can I do to acquire this property so they don't have to move out? With no money and weak credit, I have no idea how to acquire this property at such a short notice. If I'm able to acquire the property, I can still make the rental payments. I just need to acquire it ASAP. Can anyone please adivse?Desperate for answers.
