Hey all,

I would love to know if anyone has ever invested in multi family properties in the Sarasota/Tampa area. I’m having a hard time finding them on the market.

*I’m also up for other areas close by.

I’m looking to keep my properties close to one another. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
