50/50 Equity Partnership - With One Partner Active / Other Silent
Hi Everyone,
I am curious what others have done for partnerships, specifically one where the equity invested is 50/50 and the one partner does all the buying, managing, etc.. What is the right deal structure for something like this? I haven't found anything super similar when searching the forums.

I would consult with an attorney first off, but I believe the partner doing everything would be the "General Partner" and the silent partner would be "The Limited Partner" and it's fairly simple to have an attorney draft it up for you!
