Hi,

We have invested in real estate in NY and NJ and looking to invest now in apartment buildings in Chicago. I see there are multi unit buildings like 20 30 even 50 units for cheat prices, anyone with any experience in the Chicago market? mortgages? and refinancing?appraisers?
