driving for dollars letter

So basically I have been driving about and I have found a bunch of homes I wish to send letters to, the issue is I'm not sure what to say. What I have so far is this....

Hi, my name is Skyler, I found your home to be very unique and was wondering if you have ever thought of selling your home. 

at this point i feel either I am dragging on, or getting too personal. What you fellow Pocket Members think?
