How to build buyers list as a wholesaler

I’m interested in starting wholesaling properties. The first questions that arises to me is how can I build a buyers list? Of local cash buyers or investors that buy properties? How do I find these people and build my list. Because right now I have a lot of properties and not as many buyers. Thanks for all input.
