How to build buyers list as a wholesaler

I’m interested in starting wholesaling properties. The first questions that arises to me is how can I build a buyers list? Of local cash buyers or investors that buy properties? How do I find these people and build my list. Because right now I have a lot of properties and not as many buyers. Thanks for all input.

Hi @Leland James

You will find your legitimate buyers at local REIA's in your area. I would search Meetup.com for real estate groups in your area. Join those groups, attend whenever possible, and even ask if you can make announcements within the Meetup group's page of your deals. Here in New Jersey our local REIA's have several hundred if not several thousand members.
