HELP! Doing alot of marketing Need someone to go view properties

Hello and thank you in advance. 

We have been doing ALOT of marketing and getting a steady amount of daily leads. 10-20 Per day. 

I'm running into an issue where There just isn't enough time in the day or week to go view all of the potential properties.  Does anyone know a good way to find someone who can meet the seller and also take pictures of the properties? Whats a fair compensation for this?
