Looking for a rental property in Yonkers NY

Hello,

I am new to bigger pockets and new to investing. I am hoping to learn a few things here to help me on this new endeavor

My brother and I are looking for an investment property, we recently bought a place in Stamford CT and that’s going well.

My husband and I bought our home here in Yonkers 3 years ago. We were living in NYC and when we decided to look for a house we picked Yonkers. It’s proximity to the city and decent home prices was key in our decision.

I am thinking about purchasing a multifamily home as an investment but I do not know much about rental properties here in Yonkers. I am not sure where to start.

Does anyone here own rental properties in Yonkers that would be willing to chat ?
