Willing to work for Free to Learn

Hello Gurus

I’ve been reading and listen to several different sources mainly but not limited to BiggerPockets.

I was thinking to work for free in exchange for knowledge on the real estate business, maybe with flip but not limited to that. I don’t have experience, I’m brand new on the area and excited to learn.

I currently work full time so I’m considering to do this after my working time and weekends. I’m kind of flexitime also during the day as i work from home.

I live close to Atlanta/GA. What do you guys thinks on this idea or do you have any insight to share with me on how to start learning on the real life?
