Hello genius BP friends ! Warm greetings from east coast Massachusetts. I would like to have all genius inverters thoughts on :- 

1) Which states and city’s matches the positive numbers for investors to make good returns and good cash flow by renting ?

2) Even though housing market still seems sellers markets, is it still good idea to buy now or wait ?
