General Contractor in Richmond

I about to close on my first fix and flip deal in Richmond, VA. I am using hard money to finance the deal, and they are requiring a general contractor be listed even I will be doing some of the work and hiring subcontractors myself. Does anyone have a recommendation for a general contractor that would be willing to let me list them as my GC? I'd be willing to pay them a fee for the trouble. Thanks!
