I am in need of tips on wholesaling in Canada

Hello! i recently came across wholesaling and i decided to try it out. i'm just stumped on where to find the contracts and which one i am suppose to use for the seller/buyer? i am aware that wholesaling in Canada is a lot different then the United States but i'm up for the challenge. If anyone can give me tips on how to get started on which contracts to use that would be great! or any tips in general! thanks!
