Selling a house that needs tobe moved off current lot in Nebraska

I just purchased a house in Lincoln Nebraska. 1180 sqft 3br 1 bath. I have to move the house off of the current lot. I'm looking to put a deal together for someone in the area who has a empty lot. I have hundreds of people who want to buy the house where it sits. I'm willing to dump it if I have to do so. What are your thoughts? This house is rental ready!
