Accepting FHA financed loans

Hi, I have renovated a property and now have it listed. I've received two offers where the buyers were getting FHA financing.

One previous deal FHA cost us loads of time and money.

I also keep hearing things that make me shy away from accepting offers using FHA loans. This is my 5 th flip but only my second in this price range.

I guess I’m looking for those of you experienced in these type of offers to offer your stories, both good and bad.

Thanks, Debora
