Good Real Estate Resources in Lubbock Texas

Zachary Jones

Looking to acquire my first multi-family property in Lubbock, Texas and I was hoping that the BiggerPockets community could recommend some good:

1) Real Estate Agents

2) Property Managers

3) Local Banks that are investor friendly

Also do people have a good feeling for what cap rates I can expect on Class C multis?

Hey Zach! For most C class multifamiies in Lubbock, you can expect a cap rate of around 10-12%. It can vary based on the size and location of the property. I’m an investor friendly real estate agent and property manager, and I specialize in investment acquisitions for long distance investors like yourself. I also have a few connections with local lenders. I do commercial and residential real estate. I have several clients from BP that would be happy to act as a reference for my local market knowledge and customer service. Feel free to contact me if you’d like some help with your investing ventures in the Lubbock area!
