How to get a bank loan for an LLC buying commercial property

Hello, I was just wondering how the process of getting a loan with LLC members works?

Can anybody explain the process from the beginning?  How are the limited partners involved in the underwriting process?  Do I call on each one of them for individual tax returns?

Any help would be appreciated
