Which to Shoot for High Equity or High Cash Flow Properties
When conducting the Brrrr strategy for the first few properties; is it best to shoot for a higher ARV (equity) with a lower cash flow rate or a lower ARV and a higher Cash flow?
What are the benefits and down falls to each type I should look at?
