Practicing running numbers and I have questions on a listing...

On Zillow there is a listing for 326 silky leaf dr Houston TX 77073. I’m just practicing running numbers on this interesting foreclosure. Assuming I’m putting in 30,000 grand to repair and entering all the other correct info, it appears this would be an amazing deal with $300 cash flow.... did I do something wrong or at this point would it be good to contact a realtor for more info about the inside of this house? Again, just practicing... if it is a great deal I hope someone here nabs it before auction! Thanks and happy hunting!
