Credit Karma, FICO, Credit agency’s

Why do I get different scores from every source? I went directly to the credit company’s (TU, Exp, and EquFax) and pulled my FICO score and they were 618-630. When the bank pulled it they were all in the low 500s. Frustrating because now I don’t qualify for a refi.
