Lead based paint, options?
Looking at a property with lead based paint possibility. I need some opinions on this. It is a duplex and I will be renting it out but I don’t want to get sued for lead poisoning even though my property wasn’t the cause.

Get a lead paint inspection , the guy has a gun they check with , identify all areas with lead paint , rip out and replace . Then get it certified lead free . Then you are done
