Hello, I am looking to connect with an investor savvy Real Estate agent in the Clearwater Florida area. My goal is to purchase a duplex with the plan to "House Hack." Not only am I searching for someone with plenty of knowledge in this area as I will be relocating from PA, but also someone who will be able to provide tips/advice from an investing standpoint to aid me in my decision making.
