To Purchase our First Rental Property Using an LLC

Hello Everyone I'm so happy I've found this website the information here is amazing! Question all, my husband and I are wondering if it is possible to purchase our first rental property under our LLC and it not effect our personal credit or DTI ? We have excellent credit, a primary home, however we will be selling our primary home and purchasing a new home this spring using a traditional mortgage. We are new to Real Estate investing and are wondering if we purchase the investment property using a private or hard money loan will that effect our personal buying power for our new home? The investment property is a move in ready single family home and will rent right away in addition the home is valued at $140k, home owners are elderly who are moving down south. Great opportunity or is it?
