is the scenario I discussed even legal?
In 2016 I sold my home utilizing a broker. She sold the home so everyone made money after the sale she asked if it was ok for her to use some of the money for court costs with the understanding that the loan would be paid on monthly installments till she sold a home and finished paying off the loan. The person she sold it to obtained a loan for the mobile home in question. The home is still not paid off. Is this scenario even legal?
