Looking for Turn Key Investor Advice

Hi BP gang,

I'd love some advice on a product I want to continue development on. I work with a maintenance company that removes the need for maintenance coordination in any operation. Self-management or management company doesn't matter. 

After discussing with a couple of investors I think there is a real opportunity for us to help with helping run the rehab side of their operation. Then the investor can essentially sell our service to the buyer who's going to rent out the unit as an alternative to needing a property manager for the recurring maintenance issues in the future.

The investor would also get a lifetime residual on the people who use our service so they would continue to see an income stream from the flip for years after they have already sold the home.

I would love some input on this idea, I think it's an awesome opportunity for those looking to increase their capacity to sell more homes. I'd really like to hear from you all.
