Currently searching for a small apartment building with 5-20 units. Looking particularly along the South East United States, but open to viewing opportunities nationwide. The ideal property would be in a C+ to B area and have the potential to force appreciation. Actively searching in the Jacksonville and would love to coordinate with other investors in the area.
