Determining ARV for Trailer home

I'm about to contract two huge mobile homes and they both need a ton of work. I have no idea how to determine ARV or calculate the repairs and also where to find those buyers. I've done quite a few homes but didn't want to keep overlooking my mobile home leads!

It can’t be too different than a house right?! Help lol
