Eviction Records, Broward County, South Florida

Hello Everyone,

I am on the process of creating leads to get properties off market by getting a record of the current evictions at the courthouse, however, when at the courthouse, the teller seemed a little clueless when I asked her for a record of all current evictions and gave me the courthouse webpage instead. Current eviction records where nowhere to be found at their webpage. I was wondering if anyone from the area has tried to do the same and if so, where has he/she been able to retrieve them. I understand every county is different when it comes to this, at the moment, google doesnt have a precise answer. The next step is to go again on Thursday and try another clerk that (hopefully) will have an idea of what I am looking for.

Thank you for any insight that anyone can give!

Kind regards,

Pablo P
